I recently had a terrible experience with the customer service was shockingly poor, particularly in my interaction with who I was told was the owner. Instead of being helpful or understanding, they were dismissive and unprofessional. It's disheartening to see such a lack of care for customers. For the fact is, I was being referred to use this company so if you absolutely have to use this company, use the location on coley rd. The woman there, which I wish I would have gotten her name was nice and pleasant.

Needed suit cleaned for fathers funeral and didn't have a lot of time to get it done and their press works had already left for the day and they said they were happy to do it with a smile
