Amazing experience, very welcoming, very charming place. Overall an excellent stay and much recommended!
Great location! Easily walkable to all over town. Wonderful staff and the hotel shuttle to/from the airport was a huge bonus. We also loved the water/coffee/tea at all times near the lobby. Comfortable bed and the room even had a box fan!

What a great historical hotel in the middle of a great town! Everything from check in to check out was perfect - and especially the folks at the front desk who were super helpful , great sense of humor and genuinely a delight. Thavks so much for a great trip ! We will be back soon !
The Gilmore's location cannot be beat; as it's right in downtown Ketchikan on the main street. The helpful staff made my extended stay for business effortless. Walking up to the front desk is like visiting a friend. My room was possibly haunted, which I look at as a rare and priceless amenity. Nothing scary. Just a possible attempt to communicate from beyond. Our bedside lamp at times switched on and off in response to us talking with it.
