Excellent service
They installed/replaced a wall furnace. They were very fast (2 hours), but charged as though they were spending two full days. In addition, the installation did not include a "FIRESTOP", which is supposed to be installed per building code and for fire safety of those who are using the furnace. They are just there to get your money and run!!!!
Mika the technician informed us when he would be there and was on time and following covid procedures. He was friendly professional and explained everything he was doing. The price was fair and he made the experience very pleasant and nice. Thank you for a great experience. A big mahalo to Mika.
My technician is absolutely amazing! He provides recommendations based on what I need, not what is recommended for him to upsell. I wouldn't trust anyone else that I have encountered or know of with something so important for my home and family.
