I recently used Gilmore Family Jewelers to reset my wedding ring set. The first picture of what I LOVE and was asking for, the second is what I got and the third picture was my original ring. I’m very disappointed that this is what I received. Not only was the only thing I paid for just a gold band but the prongs that hold my diamond weren’t even gold and my bands weren’t changed. Gary is absolutely amazing! He helped my fiancee create a custom engagement ring exactly how I wanted it. The amount of diamonds, the size of the details, etc. He then helped my fiancee pick out a diamond. We wanted a lab made diamond and he was able to get that for us too. He is charming to work with and does an impeccable job. My ring is so beautiful and I cannot be happier!
The Gilmore family is absolutely incredible at what they do. Years ago, my fiancé gifted me a gorgeous opal ring that Alex helped him design. I wear it every single day.
