I lived in Gilmer Capitol Apartments for 3 years and although the neighborhood is decent and its mostly quiet, several of the apartments flood when it rains. I don t just mean the carpets get wet I mean 2-3 inches of standing water through the entire apartment! I know # s 3,4,5,6,7,8 and 9 Flood. I am pretty sure #11 Floods also. There may be others.
