I lived in Gilmer Capitol Apartments for 3 years and although the neighborhood is decent and its mostly quiet, several of the apartments flood when it rains. I don t just mean the carpets get wet I mean 2-3 inches of standing water through the entire apartment! I know # s 3,4,5,6,7,8 and 9 Flood. I am pretty sure #11 Floods also. There may be others. The flooding has been going on for over 10 years and the manager keeps trying everything except removing the excess dirt from around the buildings, and using trenches so gravity... read more
