The owner was nice and professional. He completely sealed our crawlspace, constructed a proper drainage system for our dehumidifier, and built a door to the outside (before that we had just been using a piece of wood to cover the opening). He was thorough despite having to crawl on his stomach for three days since our crawlspace is so small. My children, husband, and I are breathing clean air again. I have no complaints.

Mr Gilman did a great job creating new water and drainage lines including complete installation of a toilet. My vapor barrier was in bad shape and he repaired it very quickly. He was professional and responsive. I highly recommend him and won’t hesitate to call again.

Mr. Gilman did all the work just as I wanted an with very much of the 3 "P's" punctual, professional and polite. Also very good solution with a low price. I have never dealt with a more professional, friendly, and above all, knowledgeable specialist than Peter. He was helpful from beginning to end. We had some water damage issues at our house, and my husband consulted with Peter. He went beyond our expectations, got the job done, and even added a touch of humour. Thank you!

Peter did an excellent job with the repairs he did at my condo. My ceiling and floors now look like new! In addition, he completed the job quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Gilman Restoration!
