As a neighbor to this apartment complex I am stunned that they have this place so poorly managed. I have encountered two elderly people that live there who say they were stolen from, told me the conditions there were horrible and the manager there is completely lazy. Reach manages this building so I was surprised to hear that being that I lived in a building manage by them and had such a great experience.
