I have used Gillman Heating and air in the past for many repairs. They are easy to communicate with, their service time is quick and staff is super friendly. Will and Kyle were at my house yesterday and installed an entire new unit. They’re very professional, respectful, and educated on what they were doing. I highly recommend. 5 stars!

My rental unit ac stopped. Found out the evaporator fan motor seized, the sensor fried and the wheel to blow air broke. Gilman Cooling was called in the am today and we’re out there in less than 2 hours. Brandon diagnosed and called me. The parts for a Trane unit especially a 2012 4Ton are hard to get. He got them and had the unit up and running in a couple hours. That included chasing down what was needed to do the repair. Great price, great comms and great work!! This is a family owned business with honest, clean and professional staff. Their work is always spot on and they get out to you when you need something. This is our go to for any heating and cooling needs. Not to mention, they also replaced our water heater. Thank you Mr. Gilman and your Technicians!!
