So this just happened and it needs to be out there. This company is A++++++++++++ INFINITY. Gilman installed my brand new Lennox system a week before Hurricane Ian and everything has been great. Yesterday our system turned off completely and our nest thermostat said no power. My wife and I tried every troubleshoot we could find.
