DO NOT EVER rent from this BS excuse for a rental company. This is the most unprofessional, disrespectful company. They start off great and the second you start to hold them accountable to the upkeep and general maintenance of their properties, they start to become extremely petty, cut off communication, and stick you with an early lease termination instead of taking care of serious issues in the home such as mold, foundational issues, lied about how much utilities would cost you, and charge you for any BS thing they can. I would never rent anything from them again! Their staff takes 3 to 5 business weeks to get back to you about any repairs. Also, they want to charge you for absolutely anything and everything. Their software for paying rent online is extremely unreliable, and and they have no backup for collecting rent other than taking it physically to their office. Good luck if you’re out of town.
