I would never rent anything from them again! Their staff takes 3 to 5 business weeks to get back to you about any repairs. Also, they want to charge you for absolutely anything and everything. Their software for paying rent online is extremely unreliable, and and they have no backup for collecting rent other than taking it physically to their office. Good luck if you’re out of town.
