Unfortunately my experience with Gillware was a nightmare and I would strongly consider other options. This service was promoted by a local business that was unsuccessful in retrieving my data from an external Seagate backup disk drive. Their flyer leads you to believe they are overly successful at retrieving data from dysfunctional drives. Negative 100000 Lack of knowledge on anything Apple..... and plug ins.... don't let the talk fool you.... they have no idea of what they are talking about when it comes to Apple or Mac plug ins.... one person says one thing and the other person says another..... absolutely useless if you ask me.....they think you can take a Range Rover to a Ford mechanic and it'll run just fine..... I guess that goes to show you anyone can open a LLC.....
