They have the Best customer service thomas runs the front and is great he is on the ball and is able to answer any questions i have about repairs and will explain what is being done.anytime I go in they always make sure the problem is taken care of and done right.
I had been a customer the Tire Factory for many years. Was surprised to find it under new ownership, Gill’s Point-S tires. I have a older utility trailer that needed new tires and wheels. There were issues with the “home made”trailer. The shop manager, Gabe, spent several hours over a couple days coming up with the solution to the problems it had . They were able to conduct my rideshare inspection after the previous place (LS), where I had an appointment told me that they didn't offer that service anymore. Was in and out in about 20 minutes. I will return next year when I need the next inspection.
Called yesterday with payment ready to get a quote on tires, lady said she’d call me back and never did. I have an impreza and just needed a quote for labor, already had the tire prices from their website. Taking my business somewhere I can communicate efficiently and effectively.
Flat lazy. Third time in, couldn't do business with them. Literally have turned down thousands in my business. Twice after calling and being told to come in. Just out of time. Employees here are more concerned about going home than serving customers or the business. Never again. Also, I saw them drive a customer's car through those pot holes like a pissed off teenager because I was in their way.
