Gill Point S Tire was a life saver for me and my son when we were stranded near Madras. We worked with David and Emmanuel and they collectively found us solutions that allowed for us to continue on our trip over the pass...and it was on a weekend when they were to be closed. It is rare in today's world to experience good, let alone excellent, customer service and both of these gentlemen made us feel appreciated, important and a priority. David the shop manager and Marcos the assistant and Chris the tire tech going above and beyond! Long story short, rear tire exploded 33 minutes away from there shop at 4:35pm. When I spoke with Marcos on the phone he said they have what I need instock plus more! The shop closes at 5pm, then after hour rate hits. They were willing to wait for me. Got there at 5:20. Be cautious when purchasing tires here, especially when using their website. I understand errors occur, however they will happily charge a much higher price than advertised online. I will not use Point S again. They practice false advertising as a company. Buyers beware.
Customers Beware…Not a mechanic shop, just the skill level for tire replacement.. You should always trust your gut instinct. Our gooseneck trailer was brought to this shop for a leaky wheel seal. Which we were told they could fix it, no problem, we’ll have it done by the end of the day ,well that definitely was not the case.
