Omg Kaitlyn is the flipping best she helped get me used tires when I was in NEED of tires, she can always squeeze me and an I just get so thankful when I hear her answer my phone calls. Thank you girly!!
The employees was nice and attentive. I took my car there to get an inspection and see if I needed a wheel alignment and the inspection was free. I didn't have to wait too long. I felt comfortable with the results by the time I left.
I first started using Point s about 9 years ago when I was in The Dallas I got a flat tire right across the street from Les Schwab and walked across the street with my one and a half year old son that I had in the car with me and the lady behind the desk was completely and totally rude to me no customers in the store whatsoever just me and my one and a half year old and acted like I was inconveniencing her to have a flat tire replaced and kept snapping at my son for being a one-year-old and trying to talk so I walked out of ... read more
Stopped in on a road trip with a low tire. They were fast, processional and courteous! Run flat tire had a chain link in it. Thank you all for getting me back safely on the road!
