This place is great! They did a full Winter checkup for me for no cost, even topping off my fluids and checked tire pressure, and tread wear. They were very honest about the car not needing services that I was concerned about when they could have exploited the situation. The waiting room was comfy and had nice amenities. The staff is friendly and courteous. I will definitely come back! I rate them 10 out of 10!

My brakes gave out yesterday while driving into Grants Pass. It happened near Gills Tires, so I slowly drove into their parking lot and went in to ask if they could help. I had never been in there before. I was very impressed with their prompt and kind service. Though I was being helped by Charlie, Tronda was standing by and came over to see if I wanted some water as she could hear the stress in my voice.
