Not sure what is happening at this store...but my last two encounters have been horrid....use to love this place and actually recommended it to my clients...I won't be doing that anymore...new management and policies are the worst..I won't be back. Go elsewhere if you want to be treated like your money matters.
Came in for an oil change on my rental car, then ended up with the "Low Oil Level" light on 45" down the road... Contacted Joe, the manager, who got right back to me to let me know they'd come to wherever I was at immediately. Found out later it was actually NOT low on oil, but a manufacturer defect causing that warning to come on after an oil change. The manager joe Britton was is awsome! He fixed my tire on the spot in less than one hour ...he definitely went out of his way .will recommend and I will be coming back to this location�
Working hard and going above and beyond to meet the needs of any customer... extremely knowledgeable and fair with tires, mechanical repairs to every extent. Lawn mower tires to head gaskets, they've got you covered!
