As a realtor here in Great Falls, Customer Service is something I seek for in every contractor I work with. Unfortunately, Brett's (Owner) service was poor at best. I had an emergency gas leak that needed repair and to their credit, they came over right away and got on the job. For the next two days it spiraled downward. Every time we have had an issue with our furnace Gill's has helped us. Once the owner came out after hours and wasn't going to change us. Once we called them and they told us how to fix it. This time they fixed it and it didn't cost very much. I highly recommend Gill's.
We had our AC go out and after reading online (first time home owners) about things to check before calling for help (none of which helped) I checked online for local repair. I read a few of the reviews for Gills and decided to call them in the morning. The didn't have any openings for that same day but they put me on a "wait and see list". Prompt service, very accommodating. Bret did a fantastic job with the many questions I had. He was extremely patient, and gave great advice with many options for service. You can tell they want to provide quality work, without pushing a sales agenda. This is the type of local business to supports. They are my go to for heating and a/c needs. He offered great referrals for other tradesmen, as well.
Prompt, great service, good people. Would not consider anyone else to service my furnace.
