Stay away from Houston Gillman! I had found a Subaru and had been approved and instead of sending me the paperwork they sold it out from under me. This was not my first Subaru purchased from Gillman but definitely my last. This would have been our family's 7th Subaru but not buying anymore here. I will be sending Subaru a long email about the lack of customer service and caring about the customer.
