I had an excellent experience here. I found them through Costco, Ryan reached out immediately and helped me figure out trim levels, figure out what I wanted, and then tracked down the exact car I was looking for. When the car arrived I went in and finished the whole process in less than 2 hours. The sales manager I worked with (sorry I've forgotten your name) was great, didn't push anything extra when I told him I'm not interested, and kept the whole thing friendly and light. I bought my 2014 Subaru Outback from him 12 years ago, and when I need a new car, I come back to him again. He is very knowledgeable about Subaru cars.
