The service is terrible!
They completed all the requested services within a few hours, and my representative Angela explained the procedures and informed me about my car's status, including any further maintenance required. I would recommend this place to anyone.
The parts took about ten days to get here after they were ordered; I suspect the Thanksgiving holiday was part of the delay. The most disturbing part of this order was that the envelope (FedEx) was completely open when the delivery folks left it on our front porch. The parts were all there, so that turned out OK. Overall, Gillman Subaru is still a great place to order Subaru parts.
