I can't tell how much hasle these people gave me!!! From the sales person, Raul Parra, to the top manager, Mr. Jaramillo. Starting from Mr. Jaime Palacios, second manager, with his wrong approach by being rude and unethical via email by saying terrible things about the competitors, such as Mission Mitsubishi. Then the salesman gave me a final price over the phone, but then they increased it to another $1000 when in person and lied to me, basically saying I heard wrong. I came to Gillman Mitsubishi because I was very dissatisfied with the Mitsubishi dealership where I purchased my car. I have only been to the service department and Jay and Yvette are both awesome people. They have been kind and helpful. I appreciate them and their excellent service.
Never again will I use this dealership the finance lady named LORI was very rude and a snob no help very disrespectful not nice no smile nothing

!CAUTION! Purchased a Used 2022 Toyota GR86 and one week later it would not turn on. Took it to Toyota service and they mentioned that the issue was a back up camera that came pre installed with the car. now I'm having to pay $2,300 to fix the issue, and these people say they are not responsible since it was the last owner that installed it and I didn't purchase a warranty on a car I trusted them would be in good condition.
