Service advisor Jay (Jim) Finnegan has always provided excellent service for my vehicle. He's very courteous and professional, thoroughly explains any and all questions I may have with my service.
The absolute best customer service I have ever received when purchasing a vehicle, or in any industry!!! Raul made the car buying process fast and easy, he even went above and beyond and drove the car to my daughter’s work so we could view it and make the final decision. Absolutely AMAZING customer service. Thank you all for making this first car purchase possible!!
As with previous services, Jay has always been professional and courteous each time I brought our SUV in for routine maintenance. He has always been welcoming, explaining work to be done, providing interim updates, and putting customers at ease and reassured about vehicle maintenance. We have never been disappointed.
Jay (the service manager - don't know his last name but he has been terrific) was very helpful. There was a recall on one item on my 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander which he fixed straight-away, and I had another issue with the silver button in the driving wheel - it was stuck and malfunctioning. When the part wasn't in, he ordered it, and kept us in the loop.
