Wouldn’t even rate them a 1. Their customer service is horrible. They never answer phone calls or return calls back. They say they do appointments but they actually don’t. So there’s no point of making an appointment.
Mr Luis the service advisor was honest snd very helpul. In general they have very good cust service, and good business ethics. I would highly recommend them for any Honda related purchase or service.
