I made an appointment at this dealership’s service center to take care of a recall on my car. I was told they can’t guarantee same day service and won’t offer a loaner car even after I have confirmed that with the person that helped me to book the appointment. The service manager told me since I didn’t purchase my car at their location, their customers get priority over me. I purchased my car at Gillman Honda Southwest. This Gillman brand won’t get any of my business anymore!
