I made a call to the service department which did not end to my satisfaction. The next morning I got a telephone call from the manager of the service department informing me that he listens to all the calls and wants to make sure everybody gets their problems taken care of. I was shocked. I was even more shocked when he told me to bring the car in and get in 30 to 40 minutes and he would see what he could do. Lo and behold, they fixed my problem within that time. I had a great car buying experience with Laura Solis as my Saleswoman. She took her time to explain everything , even helped me pair my phone to my car. I didn't get the EXACT car I wanted but nonetheless it was a great buying experience.Thank ou very much Laura!
Everyone was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Jennifer was very knowledgeable about the car we purchased and very patient in explaining and demonstrating all the features. It has been 15 years since I bought a new car so I wasn't very familiar with the new technology that comes standard on the vehicles. I am happy to recommend Gillman Honda.
