I had a great experience with the service department! Issac H.was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kept me updated. He even sent me my Corvette’s inspection video. They fixed my tire issue faster than expected and I will continue to bring my vehicle to this location for all my vehicle service needs.
The worst dealership ever to do business. I traveled to San Benito from Laredo and had spoken to the Sales rep and Finance dept. These guys are a joke. I arrived to purchase a pre owned vechicle and they didnt even wash the truck. Dirty how are you suppose to appreciate a purchase a vechicle when they refuse to wash it for you. Even after telling them I was ready to sign they comeback and tell me if you dont want it we have someone else. Tried giving the store an oppurtunity my business. It was an awesome experience. The two sales people were extremely courteous. Maybe because they wanted the sale but still kool cats. Not everyone was some were extremely rude and just gave a cold shoulder look towards my wife and I but we ignored them. Got the vehicle we went for and been happy with the vehicle so far.
My car sales person Alex was very helpful and answered all my questions. I would recommend to other people. He really listened and searched for everything we were looking for in a vehicle.
