Terry Gillivan also has 18 Rental Properties, 6 years We rented 2 of His Properties, we mowed planted flowers were never late on Our rent. We took care of the inside and never damaged anything. September 2019 We Bought a house of Our Own and Terry still has not returned Our Deposit. Mr. Gillivan is not who he portrays himself to be, as a landlord or Plumber. He over charges for his plumbing jobs, and if you Rent from him he is not a good Landlord.
