I had my appointment a few weeks ago. I was on time to my appointment but waited an hour to be seen. When I was finally seen (15 min appointment). When finished, I scheduled a second appointment for additional treatment. I asked one of the ladies if she could help me pick glasses. She asked, "you are going to pick out glasses?" She had a guy help me but he was busy. I waited for 30 additional minutes and when I asked to see the glasses in the display, he seemed bothered and I felt rushed. One more negative review to add. I have been waiting 3 weeks for my glasses. Every time i go in to check they tell me tomorrow. I definitely would not recommend them. I wished I would have read some of these reviews before I made my purchase.
The Dr. here is great but the front desk employees are not. Every time I call I'm on hold for 45 mins. or more. I feel in any business that should be unacceptable.
