Its a nice place and ik they try their best, but when i told Tracie about my child SA she sais "Be glad he didnt do anything else"
Used to be good until my daughter’s counselor left and we were not informed. They basically just dropped her from service. When I called to make a new appointment they said they would find a good fit and call back. I didn’t hear anything and called them again after a few weeks and they said the same. That’s been over a year ago and they never called.
Great people that truly want to help but the call center that answers LOVES to block phone numbers specifically a woman name gina.
