Violated HIPAA laws, front office staff was rude and the dentist told my daughter she should go somewhere else that she can afford. She can afford her dental care but needless to say, none of us will return to this clinic.
Where do I start? First of all I sent an email to this company to ask to email an owner or manager directly so that I wouldn't have to publicly write a review but I guess they don't care. The receptionist was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Says right under the name Medicare Medicaid accepted but nope don't accept it. This is literally the 5th dentist I've called for an emergency tooth extraction that clearly lists their business as Medicare Medicaid accepted.
