I recently took a 2017 Fusion in for an oil change. I mentioned to them that the breaks might need to be replaced and they told me they would inspect them and let me know. The breaks needed to be worked on and they were able to fit me in the same day even though it was for an oil change originally. My service advisor Alicia was very helpful throughout the entire process. She was kind, efficient, and transparent which I enjoyed a lot. I would recommend getting a vehicle serviced here, and will be coming back in the future.
I bought a truck at Ganely and my experience was great. Madelyn was my sales person and she was great and took her time to find what I wanted. Finance was great and got me to where I wanted to be cost wise.
