I’ve sat with this for years, the issue was “resolved” partly due to my ignorance at the time. I needed drastic scaling and was referred to Dr. Gillian’s office. One of the hygienists was pregnant at the time and cut her finger on a tool. Because I had disclosed that I was marrying a man this hygienist assumed that I was HIV positive. Inicié un tratamiento periodontal con la doctora Gillihan, y quedé gratamente sorprendida. Ella me explicó con detalle mi problematica y la mejor solución para mi, sin sobreprecios ni tratamientos innecesarios, fue honesta sobre qué podia funcionar y pprqué, realmente le agradezco. El staff administrativo me facilito la información necesaria de manera oportuna y amable. Hubo transparencia durante todo el proceso. I first saw Dr. Gillihan to remove a broken tooth & put implant in, in preparation for a crown. Both of those procedures cost me about $1000 each. I have new insurance and Dr. Gillihans office tells me that my cost just for the crown will be about $1200. I just received a letter from my insurance company explaining that the Dr. officer told them that the bill would be about $700, and my insurance was going to pay about $400. That means my cost would be under $300 but yet the office tells me that my copay would cost about $12... read more
