The doctor and most of the technicians in the back are top notch. Thats why I gave 4 stars. I had a consultation a few months ago and was quoted by a front staff member x amount of dollars. When I went back for the procedure I was quoted 100.00+ dollars Higher. I asked why and noone at the front desk could tell me. The lady that had quoted me x amount of dollars no longer is employed there. I feel like, it was quoted, they could see what was quoted and did not honor that quote. I have been getting my teeth cleaned with this group the last couple years. I do not have dental insurance so I have more than once requested a 6-month cleaning cycle, which they will not allow. You must come every 3-4 months, and they have refused to setup 6 month appts. I recently was also very shocked by them taking a string of xrays without consent, and then my $200 cleaning appt became $349.
