I first saw Dr. Gillihan to remove a broken tooth & put implant in, in preparation for a crown. Both of those procedures cost me about $1000 each. I have new insurance and Dr. Gillihans office tells me that my cost just for the crown will be about $1200. I just received a letter from my insurance company explaining that the Dr. officer told them that the bill would be about $700, and my insurance was going to pay about $400. The doctor and most of the technicians in the back are top notch. Thats why I gave 4 stars. I had a consultation a few months ago and was quoted by a front staff member x amount of dollars. When I went back for the procedure I was quoted 100.00+ dollars Higher. I asked why and noone at the front desk could tell me. The lady that had quoted me x amount of dollars no longer is employed there. I feel like, it was quoted, they could see what was quoted and did not honor that quote.
