This place is horrible! I've been calling ten times a day every day and they don't pick up! They promised delivery over 3 weeks ago then said they couldn't finish the island in time because they ran out of stone! And they already charged us. This is a great place to go if you want to get charged for a half made island, which doesn't get delivered on time! Amazing BBQ Island company. I purchased a custom bbq island and palapas from them. I love it! thanks a bunch ivan and Sophia. The BBQ's and parties I have now are awesome. the whole family comes over to enjoy it.
I had an island built for my husband and while yes it's nice.. Ivan's customer service was horrible. He doesn't call when he says, he doesn't respond to messages, his delivery staff was a joke... I had to constantly call him. When he 1st came out he made suggestions and said he could do our palapas, the thatching to go with our bbq island.. never happened.
