If you’re considering getting something repaired here, I would go somewhere else. I took my Jeep in because the heat wasn’t blowing out warm air. They replaced the blend door. They called and told me that the heat was working “better” but not quite as warm as it should be and it if it wasn’t warm enough for me, I would have to have the heater core replaced (very expensive repair.) We came to Gillie Hyde to look for a car. Kelton quickly got our attention and was very friendly and attentive. We quickly chose a car. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Phone voice machine annoying. I can’t give five stars just yet I just got my truck back today so I have to drive it for a while to determine how many stars I should add . It was a bad start at the beginning, but it got better. They’re very pricey and it’s unusual for them not to give you a written, detailed report of. Our Jeep Cherokee bricked itself 2.5 hours from home. Luckily it was in my in-laws driveway. The vehicle was towed to Gillie Hyde Jeep in Glasgow. I cannot praise enough on how professional and quickly the service department got us back on the road. I would not hesitate to buy a vehicle from this dealership.
