His knowledge of the Lennox product, along with the Lennox brand that we knew to be a top-of-the-line, reliable brand, along with pricing, were all factors in our decision. Everyone at Gilley’s heating and cooling treat you like family!! Susan, Julie, even the Co-Owner Randall make you feel your needs are the most important thing of the day!! My husband is sick and our air conditioner wasn’t running right. Julie at Gilley’s office said don’t worry someone will be there shortly!!
