Built my house just a little over a year ago and my contractor used these guys to put in my A/C my house sets out in the open with no tree when the owner of Gilley came out to measure my house to install the unit I ask him not to undersize my unit due to the house setting in the middle of a grass field with no trees in south Alabama this was in July. We were having heating issues and had an appointment for Nov 3 2023 1pm-3pm. At 3:30, my husband called to get an updated ETA and the repairman said they had an emergency and would not be coming but would call the following day to set up a time. Nov 4 at 11:15 the repairman asked what time we would be available, our response was “all day after 1230”, to which the repairman stated they would call again later in the afternoon. They installed my system in my new home and it's only been 10 months and it hasnt been working properly and so we call the builder because of the warranty and they set up a time and date for them to come out and check the system. Well my wife and I both work Mon-Fri 8-5. Well someone has to be home to let them in so I took off... No pay from my job and Gilley Heating and Cooling never showed up or called.
