Great company, they were recommended on a community FB group and I see why! Had them come out to quote a gutter job. Instead of trying to upsell me for all new gutters as all the others had done they told me most of my gutters were in good shape and I just needed the guards for those. When they came to do the job there was a section that I suspected was rotted under the one gutter that was being replaced - this was out of scope of job and would have incurred more work/cost. Gillette replaced my roof 3 years ago. I haven't had any issues until just yesterday I noticed a spot in the ceiling of my bedroom. I called Gilletee and within a day Stephen had Tyrin out here to assess it and fix it. Tyrin was very communicative and found thenissue right away and fixed it within 30 minutes, all warranty covered. These guys are professional and do a great job. I would recommend them to anyone. Compared to others, the pricing was middle of the road with premium craftsmanship and customer service.
Gillette Roofing did a magnificent job in repairing my roof & chimney, we had a leak and we had someone come and give us an estimate, he was very informative in showing me the damage to the roof and how it caused us to have a leak. But they came to work on the roof right away and it was done in hours, we were very satisfied with the work and clean up after they were done, and the problem was solved.
