Ive stayed here a couple of times and its my preferred hotel in gatlinburg. Its not the fanciest but it is clean and reasonably priced compared to others close by. The rooms also seem bigger than most hotels. The staff and front desk have always been great, friendly & helpful. We forgot an item in our room & they were kind enough to call and let me know! I recommend this hotel to all friends when they ask!
You could not ask for a friendlier environment. Everyone we encountered were so nice and personable to my family/my kids. We have stayed here for the past 3 years and over the time of our girls competing in Gatlingburg we have tried several different hotel options. This one is clean, convenient to everything downtown and reasonably priced. We havent needed to look elsewhere since our 1st stay. My parents came up for a day and stayed as well. The staff were very friendly and checking in was easy. The room was large and clean. Walking distance into everything we wanted to do. Definitely would recommend and use again when in the area.
The sweetest people in the sweetest location! We made a very last minute stop to our trip and decided to stay a night in Gatlinburg but we had a trailer attached to our truck so finding parking was a huge battle. After calling around to multiple hotels in the area, we finally found The Gillette and their staff has been so amazing!
