When we stayed there were hardly any other guest but that didn't stop the night desk woman from putting in the room at the very end next to the only room getting construction. Lots of drilling and vibrating saws the entire day. Besides that ,the room is ok. Very very basic but it was clean. Close to lots of shops and nobody flipped out if you smoke outside on the walkway. The room was perfect! Specious bathroom and room. Very clean. The staff all were so nice. Our housekeeper asked daily if we needed anything since I had the sign on the outside to not clean. She was so friendly. The location was on point. We will be back to stay when we are in Gatlinburg.
