It is a older hotel but it has been updated. The family running it is great! Everyone we encountered there was friendly, professional and went above and beyond! We did have a little problem with the WiFi but we just used our own and it was nothing that I would complain about and certainly not taking any stars from.
Excellent location and remodeled rooms are exceptional. Close to everything but slightly away from the crazy. Marriott is building next door which is some noise (Sept 2026)
I was blown away by the cleanliness of my room, the atmosphere and the genuine kindness from the staff members. I've never been this impressed with a business. I want to give a special thanks to the cleaning staff as they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Thank you to Princess for the recommendation on things to do nearby. You helped me reach some milestones in my weight loss journey with the recommendation for the Gatlinburg trail. I will never stay anywhere else when I visit.

We reserved for 4 days last week. When we arrived the dbl. Queen "newly renovated " room looked VERY little like the pictures. We certainly didn't have 2 couches in it like one pic. Barely enough room to walk by each other. The room had a strong musty smell. And bathroom was super small. We were polite and talked to a manager told them our concerns and agreed to pay for 1st day since we already were in room. They agreed to refund next 3 days. Told us we had to contact Booking. Com.
