Our entire experience with Gillette has been absolutely amazing. My daughter isn't considered a complex patient. But we had been trying to get her tonsils removed for 3 years. Our local ENT kept brushing us off and telling us they weren't an issue. We did a sleep study as the next step through Gillette, we were told it would take up to 10 days to get the results.
