They have no issue selling you a car but when you have issues it becomes a hassle. I'm firm on proper scheduling and estimated times for repairs. What should have been a 30 min visit ( mind you a scheduled appointment) turned in to 2.5 hrs of dead wait. The excuse? Our internet is having issues. Thanks for the update on that and had I known then we could have rescheduled before you took my car hostage while I'm on a tight schedule.
