Have you ever been to the doctor for the first time and have known right away you are in the right place? Dr Gilles has the best bedside manner. I had so many questions for him and he answered all of them plus more. He gave me hope that my foot may heal and I will eventually get back to my busy life. Absolutely adore Dr Gilles! Great experience. The entire visit was so positive from Linda at the front desk and Dr Gilles scribe. Dr Gilles gave great medical advice to help my foot problem. Never made me feel rushed and answered all my questions. This was actually my second visit to a podiatrist in eight weeks because I was so unhappy with my experience at another office. I am so glad I didn’t give up! Thank you Dr Gilles!
My visit with Dr. Gilles was the most pleasant doctor's appointment I've ever experienced. He listened to me.... Since he had someone taking notes for him, he could also look at me, and I felt like he was engaged with me. He addressed my immediate issues and we worked on a long term solution for my foot issues. I'm so thrilled to have found him!
I am a health care provider myself and multi sport athlete and can confidentially say that Dr. Gilles will get you back to health! He has been helping me with a chronic plantar fasciitis issue and while I’m not quite 100% yet, he is the reason why I have been able to get back to my activities. His expert advice, education, and product recommendations have really saved my foot after months of turmoil. Dr. Gilles is also incredible empathetic and takes extra time with his patients. I strongly recommend Dr. Gilles!
5 stars is the minimum I could rate Dr. Gilles and his assistant. Every visit has been outstanding due to them both. Dr. Gilles explains everything clearly (including X-rays and other diagnostics). He listens well and takes the time to answer questions clearly. Dr Gilles has provided great care and direction so far and I am on the mend from two fractures and a sprained ligament- without surgical intervention.
