My husband and I have had a nightmare of a time working with Gilles Clement. He is all about selling, selling, selling- and then did not care about the quality of the follow through. He took a $7,000 deposit from us for a chandelier and held it for OVER 2 YEARS- the manufacturer TOLD us he had not arranged to pay and pick it up.
