LEE HUSS is the man ! He will not only help show you a house he will look at it up and down with you. At one point Lee was in a attic with me looking at the quality of a roof. He really does go above and beyond for his clients and loves what he does while doing it. If your looking for someone who has strong negotiation skills with knowledge not just in selling homes but also building homes this is your agent for life. Lee Huss, Le Huss, Le Huss!
Lee and Amy Huss have been our realtors a couple times now and we can't express our gratitude enough for their professionalism, general caring for our house goals and walking us through the selling process. They are amazing and we will only use them for any future needs.
Liza Stewart is an outstanding realtor. Liza listened to what we were looking for and did such a wonderful job finding houses that matched what we were looking for. She worked to arrange several showings for us in one day because she knew we needed that since we did not live here yet. She even got us showings when we wanted to add or change something last minute. She also answered all of our questions. We can't thank Liza enough for all she did to help get us in our new house! She is the best!!
Just having closed on our 4th home, I can say with confidence that Susan is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with! She went above and beyond to make this home buying process as easy as it could possibly be. I think she has spent more time at our house than we have at this point and we are so thankful for her joyful spirit and long hours! She is worth every penny that she earned on this deal!
Working with Liza at Gilleland Realty was a great experience. If you’re thinking about selling your home, she’s someone you can rely on. She walks you through every step, making sure you understand each part of the process and what to expect along the way. From start to finish, she handled everything smoothly right up to closing. Would recommend her to friends & family.
