All my interactions with different people were friendly and efficient. Carl was friendly and knowledgeable.
I had negative experience when I called in for service. Which was very surprising, as I do all my car servicing there. First of all, there was a lot of background noise and laughter so I had a hard time hearing. They had no openings and no loaners available. I had no way to get to work and the only thing I was told was other customers were ahead of me. No willingness to help me figure out a solution. Gilleland has treated me fairly for my last two purchases.
Went there today, 11-7-25 to look at a used car. We dealt with Bryce, who is a super nice guy, not pushy or demanding like other car dealers. In fact, everyone there was really nice and accommodating. We ended up buying a great suv. I would recommend Gilleland to anybody looking for a vehicle. Great experience, thanks again.
