Bought our new pre-owned Chevy Blazer with the the patient, knowledgeable help of Ben Kasten. We were treated professionally the entire process and never pressured. Though an extended amount of time was needed to resolve a service code issue, the service advisor did inform me that the code issue was covered by the additional warranty I purchased. That kind of honesty and integrity is greatly appreciated.
