Bought a used pickup from Jordan he was very good to me. And the entire staff at this dealership have been top notch. They made sure the pickup was in excellent working order. I'm very pleased and would definitely buy here again. If I could rate this dealer 10 stars I would.

We went there for a block heater install on our truck. Showed up on time. Was told it would be a 3 hour job. We said we would wait in the customer waiting room, since we drove from 2 hours away. 5-1/2 hours later and several inquiries about "what's taking so long" we finally got our vehicle back. Apparently they didn't even start working on it when we arrived. It had been parked outside collecting road dust while we thought it was being serviced! I had a negative experience with gilleland chevrolet. I purchased a used vehicle in May of 2025 which was not there truck manufacturer (ram). When I bought it came with a 6 month 6000 mile warranty. I was having a issue with the motor and I call service to get it looked at, I was told they don't work on that model of truck there and I would have to go to a Dodge dealer for repairs.
