Had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation plus back up camera isn't working. Arrived early. Informed they wouldn't handle camera issue. Would have to schedule another appointment at least two weeks out. Then waiting an hour and a half for oil change. Nobody has communicated anything on progress. Whoever the shop's new scheduling dispatch is, really is awful to work with. I rely on my vehicle as a daily driver, so dropping it off for days and weeks without a shooter vehicle is unreasonable. I have never bawked at the price or asked for discounts. When it is dropped off, it leaves their lot after a few days without a technician even doing anything or looking at it. Not the tech's fault, it's the new "system" in charge.
Jan/2026: I had a very enjoyable visit with Tyler Donnay, and a chance to drive a 2026 Equinox EV. I was quite impressed with vehicle, and would consider it a viable option to replace my now very old, but still perfectly running Toyota. What I like about the Equinox is that it is available to test drive AND buy, unlike my recent experience with Toyota, where vehicle are in "short supply" as a strategy to keep prices high. Overall very disappointed. Staff was uneducated about vehicles and car was very dirty. They told me plates would be sent to me, but it was sent to the dealership. I had to drive around with an expired temp tag and they didn’t send me plates until 2 weeks after they were issued and I had to follow up with them to get them.
