I work for a grease trap cleaning company and we needed a camera and a high-pressure jet to clean one of our pipes. Stephen Thompson was the tech that came out and he did an amazing job not only did he camera the line and got it clear with the Jetter, but he also cleaned up the The area that we were working in, it was perfect. he also chased the line into the other room, just to make sure that we were completely open. He is very thorough and covers all areas of his job.
Me and my husband found our basement was flooded with water and sewage it was 9pm at night so I called Gilles and StevenThompson was the only one to show up out of 3 companies I called he stayed till 12am and found the problem which was roots so now we’ll be doing a better hr said that’s all we’ll have to do and I trust that .Thank you Gilles you have a great tech on your hands

Had terrible back up but Gillece Steven Thompson fixed the problem but we have to dig it 5 other plumbers couldn’t the reason for it but Steve did now it will be fixed for good thank you
