Ronald Jay did an excellent job. He provided straightforward recommendations for my electrical issue and was professional and courteous.
Nick was very personable and informative. Unrelated to the technician though, the price was not great. Badger 5 garbage disposal is $140 at Home Depot right now, but the estimate I received was a little over $1400 to swap out. Obviously I’ll be getting other estimates but Angi’s List is saying $600 tops.

Phase 1, Nick was great. Well informed and thorough. Would welcome him back in our home any time. Recommend a service and I agreed. Phase 2, despite Nick's great performance, they sent out the "jet team" who couldn't resolve the clog. Turns out that after signing my name about 10 times, I had agreed to pay them to "try" to fix the problem, not to fix it. I'm out an embarrassing amount of money for what is still a clogged drain.
