They much be busy. They could never tell me a time that they would beable to come look at job. Just told sometime. First day cant make, call you tonight to tell you when , no call. Day two they call be by sometime today have no idea when. Told not worey about they must be busy.
Stay away! Gillece charged us 8x what Lowes would have to replace a water heater. They've been sued by the PA Attorney General for predatory business practices. Not sure how they have such a high rating but our experience was that it involved flushing $6000 down the drain. :-(
