Sadly, over promised under delivered. Presented themselves very strongly initially. Then all the executives and people involved making all the promises disappeared from the picture. Left with a whole lot of heartache and poor executions. Critically disorganized team and constant revolving door of support staff. Magazine was ok. But after almost $100k we are still in the red. Call backs aren't a thing I have come to expect. I would rate a zero but 1 is the lowest. Too bad because I really thought they were a solid company.
Working with this company has been a tremendous headache. They are poorly organized, horrible communications, the hard copy of the magazine is low quality, mailed to areas we specifically said not to, months behind schedule before we finally did first mailing. This is the most embarrassing project our offices have been a part of.
Gilleard does excellent marketing for my office.
We have been using Gilleard for several years! Excellent product! High quality marketing that grabs the attention of potential clients! Highly recommend!
