Matt is the man…..A service manager who actually does what he says. He checked on parts and prices, and actually followed up by calling back, as he said he would. Important to note: they quoted almost $600 LESS than Solomon Chevrolet. Let that sink in a bit…. My elderly father said he couldn’t stand them (multiple bad experiences years ago), and recommended I contact Gilland Chevrolet in Ozark. I’m so glad he did, too! After I pointed out the oversight with the loose oil filter, the crew professionally attended to the matter and treated me courteously.
Had an issue with my front right caliper locking up on me so I contacted Larry Smith and told me to bring it first thing in the morning. I had my truck there checked in with the service dept. and Johnny German got me a ride until mine was fixed. I got a call the next morning telling me it was good to go. Matt told me that the extended warranty paid for everything. By far the best service dept. around! Two thumbs up.
Nash in sales was outstanding. Had a minor issue with truck after purchase. Matt in Service got my truck right in and diagnosed quickly. I was treated fairly on repair cost even though was a used truck. Highly recommend and i will return
We had car trouble coming home from our family beach vacation. The service team and customer service went above and beyond. Our car broke down 1/2 a mile away and the dealership picked us up free of charge and were so kind to us. They fixed our car free of charge! We almost purchased a new car instead of driving one home. This dealership is the real deal. Their receptionist, salesman, service department and sales manager, Mike were wonderful to us. Thank you.
