We had a great experience with Gilland! They took their time and ensured we were on the same page every step. Very fair offer for our trade in and we are so happy with our car! Our salesman, finance, and sales manager were extremely helpful and respectful.
Bought a used truck a couple months ago. They didn't even fill the gas tank because he said it was used and I didn't negotiate it into the price. Then today I changed the oil and the filter had 25,000 wrote on it and I bought the truck with 103,000 miles on it, so the probably never even changed the oil in it, they for sure never changed the filter. And they never even put it on a lift to inspect it before putting it out for sale. This place is cheap and lazy .. never again

I would like to share my experience with everyone on my interactions with Gillands. We called to confirm availability of a particular vehicle they had on their website (see picture). A salesman who I won't name confirmed that thet still had it, so I asked him to explain the "Save" $4000. He broke it down as follows: $1000 from Gillands $2000 Trade assist (trade in had to be older than 2018. $1000 from GM Finance.
