I bought a condo that Gillam built and the workmanship is just terrible. And it gets even worse, if you mention it to the management of Gillam because they will lie to you and say that’s the way it’s supposed to be. Or they’ll come in and purposely damage your property they were despicable. The kick plate in my kitchen was in two pieces and half nailed all broke, so I reported it for my new condo. Unfortunately, our experience was very frustrating. The company appears to use low-cost trades, and the quality of work reflected that. We’ve been dealing with repeated deficiencies for over a year, with the same issues being fixed multiple times instead of properly resolved. This dragged the project out far longer than expected and required constant follow-ups on our end. I would strongly recommend not go with this company (GILLAM Group)

Workers are inconsiderate, vindictive, sexist and classist. They harass and insult the women in the low income housing next to where they have been taking over a year to build a small low income apartment building. Don’t use this company unless you want everyone in the neighbourhood to hate you.
