About a week ago, I came in with my small chainsaw for assistance starting it. I bought the saw at your store a couple of years ago, but frankly have not used it much. Without hesitating one of your associates (a nice, knowledgable, younger guy with some colorful tats on his forearms) joined me outside, got it started and even tightened the chain!
