Great neighborhood hardware store. Quick in and out.
About a week ago, I came in with my small chainsaw for assistance starting it. I bought the saw at your store a couple of years ago, but frankly have not used it much. Without hesitating one of your associates (a nice, knowledgable, younger guy with some colorful tats on his forearms) joined me outside, got it started and even tightened the chain! The Stihl dealer in the west side of Traverse City and a well stocked hardware store with an excellent stall. Tim will also do color matching for stains and paint. A great service for home project success
