Didn't have a great experience with Melanie! I think she should learn how to "NOT" answer the phone in the morning being extra SHITTY with a customer that's trying to spend there money! I was thinking this was the police department and instead of Dr. Gill's office. I'll go spend my money elsewhere.
You cannot find a better team than Dr. Gill and his staff, period!
Dr Gill is great. His staff, especially his operating nurse is awesome. (She is wonderful) However, after the surgery, Melissa called me and made me feel so horrible. She scared me about the binder, saying it had to be tight or there could be deformities. This was 2 days before my follow up. I just left Dr. Gill's office where he said I should not have the binder so tight. And I felt rushed out. I kinda feel like he was maybe responding to something Melissa said. Dr Gill did wonderful work. Very professional. I was told that there would be daily phone calls checking in. Which didn't happen. Maybe 2-3 calls. Friendly staff, who greeted me each visit with smiles. Helpful with answering my questions in office or when I called in.
Overall experience was excellence!! Best Doctor and Staff!!
