I’ve been waiting for an apartment at Gill Park Cooperative, and honestly, the experience so far has been very positive. My parents live in this building, and I couldn’t be happier with how well it’s managed. You can tell the manager truly loves his job — it shows in every corner of the place. I have a friend of mine that lives here. I used to know some people back in the day that live here. It looks like it's a decent enough place it's a section 8 or HUD building. I guess you could probably put your name on a wait list and I'll call you back eventually. But you know what it's real convenient to ton of Lakeview shopping like all the Lakeview nightlife in the North Halsted nightlife. It's got the Broadway shopping and bars in the North Halsted bars.
