After a water trial and not deciding to purchase the boat, my initial deposit, minus the mechanical inspection costs, has not been reimbursed as was claimed. The owner has refused to provide me with an invoice or any proof of what the mechanical inspection cost. I've had to email and call relentlessly to get any contact with them after declining to purchase the vessel.
