NOT reliable. I asked for appraisals of several properties on Oct 19, 2020. He said it would be done by the end of November, or POSSIBLY in December. It is now Feb 17, 2021 and to date, all I have gotten is excuses and promises that "it will be done soon". If you need an appraisal done in a timely manner, find someone else.
